Condition requiring CONTROLLED OR LOW-DOSE levels of oxygen AND SpO2 <88% AND no critical illness requiring HIGH levels of oxygen - 4L/min for white (28%) venturi - other colours stipulate different flow rates

SpO2 85-93% AND no condition requiring CONTROLLED OR LOW-DOSE levels of oxygen AND no critical illness requiring HIGH levels of oxygen - 2-4L/min
